  • Shipping & delivery
    When it comes to lead times, it is typically 1-2 weeks from the date of purchase. Now, it is important to note that this is dependent on the shop workflow and the volume of orders. Once we build up inventory, this may change and the lead times could be more accurate or quicker, you never know! We offer FREE SHIPPING for every Beach Mule, regardless of how far, or close, in the US. We offer international orders on our Shop tab, where you can purchase the shipping fee directly through us with our discount, separate from your Beach Mule. Please note: any video of the Beach Mule working or showing any of its functionalities can be found on our social or on our website.
  • Returns & refunds
    Due to our warranty policy and the fact we are a small manufacturing business where all parts are made by hand and we do not have a warehouse full of product as all orders are made by hand, we have terms and conditions that we allow all customers to review before checking off a signature at the checkout screen. The agreement keeps both parties safe in the fact that a Customer Care policy is agreed upon that covers replacement parts and that this is the way we are able to service our ideal client. Due to the fact that we are a small business who uses funds to operate and everything here is made to order and by hand, all sales are final and we do encourage all customers to read thoroughly and understand what they are buying before clicking purchase.     1. How long does it take to arrive when I place my order? It takes 1-2 weeks for your order to arrive, depending on the demand and workflow of the shop. 2. How much does shipping cost? Shipping is FREE. However, there is a charge for packing and shipping supplies. 3. Are the batteries and charger included with purchase? No, the batteries and chargers are NOT included with purchase. However you may purchase these on amazon or anywhere you can find compatible batteries. The Beach Mule is compatible with any 20v Dewalt lithium drill batteries, but also can work with any most drill battery brand that is within 18v-20v. Amazon has adapters for most drill battery brand to DeWalt. 20v DeWalt 6amp hour drill batteries (2) have been tested up to 10 miles of battery life with the cart being loaded are 120lbs. 4. General cart information The Beach Mule weighs 35lbs unloaded and can haul up to 300lbs! It is collapsible and you can find the instruction in our customer care portal at the top of our website. While the cart does not come assembled, You will receive a QR code in you Beach Mule package, and when you can the code, it will take you to a step-by-step instructional video on how to assemble your Mule. The main questions we get are regarding the type of tires we use and how the throttle works. We use Balloon beach tires (they are inflated with air). Regarding the throttle, it is fairly simple. The Beach Mule has a variable thumb throttle that will match your speed as you walk. The more you push down, the faster it goes. Please note: DO NOT full throttle the mule, as it is a safety concern.

    We are located in Wilmington, North Carolina and are a manufacturing facility only. Our insurance does not allow customers on our property due to the high speed and dangerous equipment we use to fabricate and create your Beach Mule and the fact that we do not have a storefront or showroom portion on our facility. Please view our videos on our social media as we have plenty that show our actual facility as our products are being made. We plan to have large retail stores on the east coast of the US stock the Beach Mule soon for an in person customer experience. We also offer free shipping for every Beach Mule, regardless of how far, or close, in the US. We offer international orders on our Shop tab, where you can purchase the shipping fee directly through us with our discount, separate from your Beach Mule.   • Replacement Parts
    Traditionally it has been difficult for product manufacturers to repair something as complex as the Beach Mule from thousands of miles away. Luckily, we have invented a way to change that; all of our electrical panels can be removed with 8 screws and replaced just as easily. Same goes for the throttle and all other electrical components. Not sure which to replace? No worries, our AI bot, Willy, mechanic knows how to troubleshoot everything on your Beach Mule to help you identify any issues! If not, the Customer Care Request form is there for technicians to review and either issue a shipping label or to send off a mechanical part. Please note: the shop is allowed at least a week or more depending on work flow to review CCRs and we will contact you with what the shop technician determines. The shipping label is purchased by the customer initially and is around approximately $10 anywhere in the US and if the issue was determined to be a manufacturing defect we refund the shipping price and send a new panel or part. We also offer the same repair policy to all customers, even those outside of the US. We will get a shipping quote with our discounted rate at the time of request for any customer, regardless if they are in the US or not! This is all to help keep your Beach Mule running strong and offer the widest amount of support anywhere on the market in the world!
  • Order status and shipping
    Unlike big retailers, we are a full-scale manufacturing facility. That means every single Beach Mule is built from the ground up in-house, using high-dollar precision equipment. We don’t outsource, and we don’t mass-produce—we manufacture each Beach Mule with care, right here in the USA. We ship Beach Mules worldwide, year-round—there is no “off-season” for us, and demand never slows down. Your Beach Mule is in active production and will be moving through our system as quickly as possible. Accessories ship separately from your Beach Mule, so you will receive tracking information for those as well. We will keep you updated as things progress. - You’ll receive tracking information automatically once your Beach Mule ships. - If you need more details, check out our Terms & Conditions and Shipping & Returns Policy—these were agreed to at checkout and outline everything about our process.
  • Shipping Damage
    While we do not have control over the packages once they leave our facility and are in the hands of the carrier, we do apologize for any frustration or inconvenience caused by damage caused during shipping. For this process, you will have to contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim and THEN contact us. We are not able to get information or do anything unless a claim is filed with the carrier BEFORE contacting us.
  • Troubleshooting
    If you need assistance with troubleshooting. For example, wheels turning without pressing throttle, the cart isn't moving even with power, etc. then we require you to use our chatbot Willy! He is our AI bot mechanic and knows how to troubleshoot everything on your Beach Mule to help you identify any issues! There is also a troubleshooting guide he will provide.
  • Tracking issues
    We apologize that you are having issues with the tracking! Unfortunately, once we ship out your Mule, we are no longer responsible for the package and it is not in our hands. Therefore, you will have the to contact the carrier, directly, from which your package was shipped through.

    You may NOT modify the order before it ships. Unfortunately, we no longer have a separate workflow or assembly line for any customizations or requested add-ons.     I apologize for the inconvenience you are experiencing with your mule. In regards to the resolution process, please visit our website and navigate to the "Customer Care Portal" tab. Kindly complete the form provided, which will enable our shop technicians to thoroughly assess the issue and initiate the necessary repairs promptly. Please be aware that completing a CCR form is required through our insurance policies. If a CCR is not completed, we will be unable to assist or validate the warranty. Once you have submitted the form, it typically takes 5-7 business days for our technician to review and resolve the issue properly. CCRs are processed in the order they are received, alongside our weekly orders. Rest assured, once your case has been evaluated, we will promptly contact you to discuss the next steps in resolving the issues with your mule.
